Propaganda techniques
Appeal to fear
The space of “Reserved for Drunk Drivers” is just place to a tree. This advertiement appeals to people’s fear of causing accidents by drunk.
Direct order
It has direct order to people that drunk driving would cause accident, and no one want to be have accidents like this. There this advertisment has strong direct order to appeal the audience that not driving after drink alchol.

  2. From previous news reports that I've seen about DUI(driving under influence), it is mostly car accident that would crash into the tree. I think that this picture is using great propaganda techniques to inflict fear and to make people realized the consequences of drunk driving.
